SUP Race Boards bis 14'
|INFINITY Blackfish 14' x 23''
The 2017 Blackfish is Dave Boehne´s latest Bob Simmons inspired planing hull design that is taking the race world by storm. World Champion Candice Appleby, Slater Trout and Aussie stud Toby Cracknell all race this board in all conditions. Originally intended as an ocean racer because of it´s superior stability at narrow widths, it has proven to hang in the flat water stuff as well. 2017 received a rounder sweet spot adding flat water glide while maintaining the badass Blackfish DNA. Even more volume added in the nose as well the channel in the bottom became more significant specifically directing water out the back release. The planning hull rides on top of the water rather than parting it away like a displacement hull. This makes for very fast get up and go and higher max sprint speeds. "Like skipping a stone". The linear outline gives it a stability advantage and the rolled nose entry make it very forgiving and versatile in a number of conditions: through surf, up and down wind, chop, etc. Choose this board if you want to get max stability, sprint faster than ever before, and Paddle Like a Freak when the elements are ugly.
New for 2017 we are happy to introduce ProBox twin fin set up and front Ventral box standard. An Infinity original design by Larry Allison and Dave Boehne.
|INFINITY Downtown 14' X 24'' Deep Cockpit
New design, new possibilities! We introduce you to the all-new Downtown downwind, choppy waters board. The new ''dugout'' version.
Dave Boehne developed the Downtown with paddlers that have lots of experience riding the bumps. Toby Cracknell (5th Place M20) and Braly Joy (9th Island, formerly SIC) had lots of input and feedback regarding this design.
The design started with a baseline of Steve Boehne´s timeless downwind rocker then the team built the board from that point up. Outline is a classic wide point forward shape with a pulled in mini square tail. This allows stability and early entry into bumps while forward grinding and maneuverability and release in the back. Mini squaretail releases like a dream and does not get pushed around in the side chop. High rails for stability and hard edges for quick surfy release. The nose has rocker to slip into the curves and rise up in between bumps for longer gliding. A simple single concave keeps the board lively in between bumps and makes it a pleasure to paddle when it´s flat.
All of these features make this an incredible downwind board as well as a choppy ocean board. The large volume nose of the ''dugout'' version is incredible in the big chop and flies upwind. Don´t be surprised to see this board under the team´s feet in the ugly stuff.

|INFINITY Whiplash 14'0''
Our specialty flat-water design. With that said the Whiplash has been a staple in our lineup and continues to get better and better. For 2018 the Whiplash is on a mission for flatwater supremacy.
We now offer two styles of cockpits to accommodate your preference and fine tune your ride. Whiplash is available with its signature "flat deck" as well as our new "dugout" deep recessed deck.
Flat deck is recommended for paddlers that cross over to ocean paddling, light chop, and like the freedom to roam the deck like a surfboard. Dugout version is recommended for paddlers looking for max stability and pushing themselves to narrower widths.
The Whiplash gained more volume where you need it and a new innovative hybrid step tail designed bottom developed by Dave Boehne. This design has next level glide and is the best version Whiplash to date. We also offer the Larry Allison Probox 4 fin set up standard on all Whiplash boards for 2018.
Flat water to mild chop, this board is your choice.
|INFINITY Whiplash 14' x 21'' Dugout
Our specialty flat-water design. Whiplash has been a staple in our lineup and continues to get faster and snatch podiums.
Shae Foudy snatched up her first APP World Title in France racing the Whiplash, Candice Appleby has claimed victory at PPG on a Whiplash and Itzel Delgado won the 200m Sprint races at the Hossegor Paddle Games. Whiplash is on a mission for flat-water supremacy in 2019!
New for 2019 is a refined ''dugout'' standing area. We've managed to gain 1.5'' more width inside the cockpit for a roomy stance. The side rails have gotten taller allowing for even deeper recess while keeping water at bay. The tail section fades to a flat standing platform above the fin giving a more stable feel for buoy turns. The ''dugout'' style gives stability to riders and allowing you to ride a narrower board and gain speed.
The Whiplash gained more volume where you need it and Dave Boehne has further refined his innovative/signature hybrid pin tail design bottom. This design has next level glide per stroke and the cleanest release for that slick feel while maintaining stability of a square tail. The refined bottom has gained a bit more stability and is the SpeedFreaks go to choice for flat-water to mild chop.
